The NHL draft is this week and teams are going to be looking for that electric winger who can step in and add some scoring punch to the top-six. A good star center is only as good as his wingers, and teams will look to add some scoring throughout their organization’s.

Here is a look at Draft Nation’s top 10 wingers.

1- Ivan Demidov, SKA-1946 (Russia), 5-foot-11 181 pounds

Demidov may have the best hands in this class and could have the highest ceiling at the end of the day. He has a quick release and can score from anywhere on the ice. If he can add some muscle and weight, he could be something special.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 2 to Chicago Blackhawks

2- Cole Eiserman, US NTDP, 6-foot-0 198 pounds

Eiserman is a smooth skater with a good feel for the game. He has a hard-heavy shot that helps him excel on the power play. Has top line ability and is another prospect who just needs to add some muscle.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 12 to Philadelphia Flyers

3- Beckett Sennecke, Oshawa (OHL), 6-foot-3 178 pounds

Sennecke is a fluid skater who has the playmaking skills of a center. He reminds Draft Nation of No. 3 pick Kirby Dach from the 2019 NHL draft.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 14 to San Jose Sharks

4- Liam Greentree, Windsor (OHL), 6-foot-2 198 pounds

Greentree is a creative winger who has excellent sniping ability. His wrist shot and quick release projects him to be a possible 25+ goal scorer in the league.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 15 to Detroit Red Wings

5- Igor Chernyshov, Dynamo Moscow (KHL), 6-foot-2 192 pounds

Chernyshov is a powerful skater who does a good job of seeing the whole ice. He has the size and creativity to be a handful to play against. He is still a little raw and is not as physical as you’d like to see from a player his size.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 17 to Washington Capitals

6- Michael Brandsegg-Nygard, Mora (Swe), 6-foot-1 198 pounds

Brandsegg-Nygard is a winger who plays hard in all three zones and will find a spot on the bottom-six one day. He plays the game hard like Arturri Lehkonen.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 19 to Vegas Golden Knights

7- Emil Hemming, Plzen (Czech), 6-foot-1 201 pounds

Hemming is an offensive force but at times lacks the work ethic in the defensive zone. He will need coaching and will have to work on his overall game but has the offensive skill set to score some goals.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 21 to Los Angeles Kings

8- Trevor Connelly, Tri-City (USHL), 6-foot-0 156 pounds

Connelly is the best skater on the ice every night, and with his vision and playmaking ability he’d normally be a top 10-15 pick. However, he has some character issues, both on and off the ice, which will more than likely keep teams away from calling his name until later in the first round.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 25 to Boston Bruins.

9- Terik Parascak, Prince George (WHL), 5-foot-11 179 pounds

Parascak is another winger who understands the offensive zone, but struggles defensively. He has soft hands and an accurate shot. Although he is undersized, he is not afraid to throw the body around.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 26 to Montreal Canadiens

10- Ryder Ritchie, Prince Albert (WHL), 6-foot-0 173 pounds

The son of ex-NHL player Byron Ritchie, Ryder Ritchie can skate and accelerate with the best of them. He struggles at times with finishing and will need to get a lot stronger to be successful in the NHL.

Draft Nation Prediction- No. 27 to Carolina Hurricanes
