After a strong junior season that earned him third-team All-SEC honors, Bisontis announced he would forgo his final year of eligibility to enter the 2026 NFL Draft, marking a significant milestone in a rising professional trajectory. A native of Ramsey, New Jersey, Bisontis was a highly-rated four-star recruit out of Don Bosco Prep and one of the top offensive line prospects in the 2022 recruiting cycle.

He made an immediate impact in College Station, starting all 12 games as a true freshman at right tackle and earning ESPN Freshman All-America and SEC All-Freshman Team honors. Over the past three seasons, he has added experience and versatility by playing multiple spots along the interior line, including extended work at guard, showing positional flexibility that should intrigue NFL evaluators.

Standing 6-foot-5 and roughly 315 pounds, Bisontis combines an NFL-ready frame with functional strength and mobility that allows him to handle a variety of blocking assignments. In pass protection during the 2025 season, he was often a stabilizing force, showing patience in his sets and the ability to absorb contact from high-level edge rushers, a key trait for offensive line prospects transitioning to the professional level. Pro Football Focus and other scouting sources note his above-average pass protection metrics and his walk-up performance on interior rushes.

In the run game, Bisontis has shown good leverage and power in short-area blocking, effectively creating movement at the point of attack and working in tandem with his linemates to open up interior lanes. His ability to sustain blocks and climb to the second level gives him value in multiple offensive schemes, whether in gap-oriented power concepts or zone-based systems. That balanced skill set has helped the Aggies generate consistent rushing production, even against top tier SEC defensive fronts.

Bisontis’s development has not been without challenges. A mid-season injury in 2024 limited his availability, but he returned to contribute and remained a reliable rotation piece, demonstrating his resilience and commitment to improvement. That experience, combined with his technical foundation, has allowed him to refine his footwork, hand placement, and leverage.

One of Bisontis’s most appealing attributes is his versatility. His experience at both tackle and guard gives teams flexibility in how they project him at the next level. Whether as a potential early starter on the interior or as a swing lineman capable of handling multiple roles, his broad experience enhances his draft appeal.

Strengths

Experience at tackle and guard increases scheme fits and roster value.

Pass Protection Reliability

Good patience and balance in sets, limiting pressures allowed.

Run Blocking Power

Strong hands and leverage create movement in the run game.

All-Conference Recognition

Third-team All-SEC honors reflect league respect.

Weaknesses

Explosiveness vs. Quick Defenders

May need to further refine agility and burst.

Can continue polishing hand placement against elite rushers.

Injury History

Time missed due to minor injuries raises durability monitoring.

Conclusion

Chase Bisontis enters the 2026 NFL Draft as a well-rounded interior offensive line prospect with the versatility, experience, and physical tools to carve out an NFL role early. His ability to play multiple positions combined with strong performances against top SEC competition gives him an appealing floor and tantalizing upside.

Draft Nation currently projects Bisontis as an early Day 3 selection, with the potential to rise into early Day 2 depending on pre-draft testing and positional drills. In the right offensive scheme, his blend of power, versatility, and technical consistency gives him a clear path to becoming a reliable NFL starter and a foundational piece up front.
