Collin Oliver is a linebacker and talented edge rusher out of Santa Fe High School in Oklahoma City. In high school, he tallied 66 tackles with four sacks, two fumble recoveries and 17 TFL as a senior. He was named the Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2020 and earned an all-state selection as well. He was given a 4-star recruit rating by ESPN and 247sports while earning a 3-star rating from Rivals.com. Oliver plays with a rare combination of speed and strength off the edge, which makes him a challenge for some slower and less lengthy offensive linemen.
Oliver came in as a freshman at Oklahoma State and appeared in every game, tallying 29 tackles, 15.5 TFL, and an impressive 11.5 sacks on the season. As a sophomore, he had 28 tackles with 7.5 TFL and 5 sacks.
In 2023, Oliver has started 14 games and has collected 73 tackles and 6 sacks in a breakout season for the Cowboys.
