BioAnalysis
Anthony Belton attended Florida State U. High School in Tallahassee, Florida. Belton was ranked a three-star prospect at offensive tackle by 247Sports. Belton committed to the Georgia Military Academy as a senior. In his first year at Georgia Military in 2019, he got significant reserve time at tackle in 11 games. In 2020, Belton was named to the JCGridiron.com preseason All-American first team. However, due to Covid-19, the football team did not play a fall season. Belton elected to enter the transfer portal before the 2021 season and was ranked as the No. 5 JUCO offensive tackle nationally by 247Sports.com. Eventually he would transfer to North Carolina State University. In 2021, Belton played a total of 11 snaps in two games all season for the Wolfpack. In his second season at N.C. State, he was tasked with replacing first-round pick Ickey Ekwonu at left tackle, and played in 13 games with eight starts. Belton started every game at left tackle in 2023, and tied for the team lead with 51 pancake blocks. After the season, Belton was named a third-team All-ACC performer. Belton once again started every game in his last collegiate season in 2024. After the season, Belton announced he will be playing in the 2025 Senior Bowl.
