Trevon Brazile grew up in Springfield, Missouri and played basketball at a young age. He first attended Springfield High School and he averaged 11.2 points and 5.1 rebounds as a junior. He transferred to Kickapoo High School for his senior season. Brazile helped Kickapoo win a state championship and was named all-state and first-team all-conference while averaging 13.2 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. He was rated a three-star recruit by 247Sports and he committed to the University of Missouri.
In his first season at Missouri, Brazile missed the first 8 games of the season with a medical condition, then played in 2 games as a backup and started the final 22 games. He led the team with 43 blocks, placing him fourth all-time for freshmen in school history. He averaged 6.6 points and 5.1 rebounds per game. After head coach Cuonzo Martin was dismissed by the Tigers, Brazile entered the transfer portal. He eventually signed with Arkansas.
As a sophomore at Arkansas in 2022-2023, Brazile appeared in the first 9 games before suffering a torn ACL. He averaged 11.8 points and 6 rebounds per game and hit 38% of his 3-point shots.
Entering the 2023-2024 season, Brazile was selected preseason fist-team All-SEC, one of the 50 watch listed players for the Naismith College Player of the Year and one of 20 watch listed players for the Karl Malone Award. He started 23 out of 26 games and averaged 8.6 points and 5.9 rebounds. After the season Brazile announced that he was entering the NBA Draft.
