Will Campbell was born in Monroe, Louisiana and attended Neville igh School and was rated a five-star recruit. He was the highest-rated offensive tackle prospect in Louisiana in seven years. Campbell had several offers but decided to stay home and play for the Tigers of Louisiana State University.
Campbell was named a starter at left tackle entering his true freshman season. Campbell and Emery Jones were both true freshman starting at both tackle spots in 2022. Campbell was named a freshman All-American at the end of the seasono by the Football Writers Association of America, and was graded as the second best pass blocker in the nation by Pro Football Focus.
As a sophomore, Campbell started all 13 games and was selected as a first team All-SEC selection.
In 2024, Campbell started all 12 games and was once again dominant all season long for the Tigers. He was named first team All-SEC after the season. Campbell declared for the NFL Draft.
