Dallin Holker was a consensus 3-star tight end out of Levi High school in Utah. His senior season saw him put up astronomical numbers, hauling in 97 passes for 1,766 yards and 22 touchdowns. The yards were the 2nd most in Utah’s history. After his prolific senior season, Holker committed to play football at BYU.
As a freshman at BYU in 2018, Holker saw the field early and often and finished the season with 19 receptions for 235 yards and 1 touchdown. Holker spent his 2019 and 2020 seasons on his Mormon mission and did not play any football in those 2 seasons. He returned to BYU in 2021 and played in 13 games and recorded 14 catches for 200 yards and 1 touchdown.
Last season, Holker played in the first 3 games for BYU and then decided he wanted to transfer. He sat out the rest of the season until the portal opened up in December. Right after the portal opened up, he announced that he was transferring to Colorado State to finish his collegiate career.
Coming into this season, Holker was not on draft boards whatsoever, but in 12 games with Colorado State, he has proven to be a quality and draftable tight end. He had 64 catches for 767 yards and 6 touchdowns and is now on many teams' radars.
