All was a four-star prospect and hauled in 30 receptions for 465 yards and four touchdowns as a senior. He was ranked the #13 tight end in the country and early in his senior season, he committed to Michigan.
In All’s freshman season in 2019, he appeared in 11 games, mostly on special teams, and caught one pass for 10 yards. During the 2020 Covid-19 season, he played in all six games, starting two at tight end and hauled in 12 catches for 82 yards. As a junior in 2021, he appeared in 13 games at tight end and special teams, starting 8 games and caught 38 passes for 437 yards and 2 touchdowns.
With some momentum going into 2022, All was tasked to take over the reins at tight end for the Wolverines, but after 3 games he sustained a back injury that required surgery and ended his season. In December of 2022, he announced he was entering the transfer portal, and two weeks later he transferred to Iowa.
This season with Iowa, All played in 7 games, making 21 catches for 299 yards and 3 touchdowns. His role was increased following week 3 due to the absence of Luke Lachey.
