Elijah Jones

Jones attended Cardinal Hayes High School in Harlem, New York. He was a three star prospect and chose to join Boston College. Jones played in 4 games in 2018 before redshirting the rest of the year. He totaled 6 tackles and 4 pass breakups. In 2019, he played in all 13 games in 2019, making 23 tackles and 1 pass breakup. As a redshirt sophomore in 2020, Jones played in all 11 games making 36 tackles and 5 pass breakups. His first season as a starter came in 2021 when he started 11 of his 12 games played, recording 30 tackles, 5 pass breakups, and 2 forced fumbles. He started 11 games in 2022, making 38 tackles, 2 interceptions and a team leading 15 pass breakups. Jones returned to Boston College for his sixth year in 2023. He started 9 games, making 25 tackles, 5 interceptions, and 13 pass breakups.
