Singer attended Tartan Senior High School in Oakdale, Minnesota before transferring to Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, Arizona for his senior year. He had 37 catches for 889 yards and 14 touchdowns during his senior year. The 889 yards were the 2nd most in school history for one season. He committed to play football for the Arizona Wildcats.
During his true freshman season of 2021, Singer played in the final 5 games of the season and hauled in 18 passes for 301 yards.
He appeared in all 12 games with 11 starts during his sophomore season with the Wildcats. He had a breakout season, earning first team All-Pac 12, collecting 1,105 yards on 66 receptions and 6 touchdowns. After the season, he entered the transfer portal and decided on the crowded wide receiver room of USC.
In 2023, Singer saw 11 games, but made only 24 receptions for 289 yards and 3 touchdowns. He decided after the season was over to transfer once again, this time to Utah where he will play his 2024 season.
