Theo Wease was one of the top high school wide receivers in the country and was rated a consensus 5-star rating by all the major outlets. During his senior season at Allen High School, Wease compiled over 1,000 yards and caught 16 touchdown passes and returned 2 kicks for touchdowns. His success led him to being named an Under Armour All-American and an All-American Bowl selection. He chose Oklahoma over several other Division 1 offers.
As a freshman, Wease played in 13 of 14 games and caught 8 passes for 136 yards and 2 touchdowns. He had 1 reception for 21 yards in Oklahoma’s loss to no. 1 LSU in the college football semifinal.
He finished 2nd on the team in receiving yards during his sophomore year with 530 on 37 receptions. He had 4 touchdown catches, including a 40 yarder in their Cotton Bowl win over Florida.
In 2021, Wease only appeared in 1 game and then missed the rest of the season with a foot injury. He played as a 3rd-4th receiver in 2022 coming off his injury and played in 11 games and caught 19 passes for 378 yards and 4 touchdowns. After the 2022 season, Wease entered the transfer portal and elected to play football at Missouri in 2023.
Theo Wease was Missouri’s 2nd leading receiver in 2023, hauling in 49 receptions for 682 yards and 6 touchdowns and enters the NFL Draft on many teams' radar.
